About

A one-person studio that sticks around after launch.

I started Draftworks after watching too many small businesses get quoted thousands for a site nobody in the building could actually update afterwards. I'd rather build it properly once and still be answering your emails a year later.

Why Draftworks exists

Most small businesses get let down twice: once by a DIY site builder that never quite looks right, and again by an agency that disappears after invoicing, leaving a site nobody in-house knows how to update and a support line that goes nowhere.

Draftworks is deliberately small: a fixed price agreed before work starts, direct contact with the person actually building your site, and hosting and maintenance from the same studio that built it. It's just me, so nothing gets lost between departments.

What you can expect, every time

01

Plain English

No jargon, no agency-speak. If something needs explaining, I'll explain it, before you've paid for it, not after.

02

Fixed pricing

You get a clear scope and a fixed fee in writing before anything is booked in. No surprise invoices for "extra" work you didn't agree to.

03

Still here after launch

Hosting and maintenance are part of what I offer, so the site doesn't quietly go stale six months after it launches.

Got a website that needs work?

Whatever shape it's in (tired, half-finished, or not built yet), I can take a look and tell you honestly what it needs.
